Calendars open on the begin month. Leave picks outside this range are blocked.
Selection Period
Open or close the annual leave selection process.
Slot Permissions
Control which slots are available beyond Pick 1 and Pick 2.
When OFF, users see a warning that spike is not approved. Booking still goes through.
